We do want you to be happy with your purchase. We cannot offer refunds for work completed as it is typically made to order or custom. However, if you are unhappy with the finished product please reach out to us and let us know. We would love to make it right!
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping on products is a order by order decision and depends highly on the product ordered/size of the product. Most of our pre-made products (such as our patio furniture) is too large to ship. If a smaller product is custom requested shipping is likely an option and an estimated shipping cost will be provided with your product quote.
We do offer delivery up to 180 miles for our products if your order if over $1500.00. Orders under this will cost $.50/loaded mile for delivery (meaning you pay $.50 per mile to the site but do not have to pay for the milage for us to go back).
